About Us

Who We Are

Meet Bally – Specialist Liver Dietitian

I’m Bally, a specialist dietitian focused on liver health and clinical nutrition. My approach is simple — nutrition should be practical, personalised, and empowering, not restrictive or overwhelming.

I work closely with individuals to understand their unique challenges, helping them build sustainable habits, improve strength and energy, and feel more in control of their health.
Clinical Experience

I’ve worked in specialist liver units supporting patients with hepatobiliary disease, alcohol-related liver disease, and those preparing for or recovering from liver transplants. My experience also spans oncology, cardiology, and surgical care.

Evidence-Based, Real-World Approach

I combine clinical expertise with practical strategies that fit into everyday life — helping you rebuild strength, manage symptoms, and make confident nutrition choices that actually last.

FAQ

Q1. How can nutrition help if I have liver disease?

Nutrition can protect your heart health, support digestion, preserve muscle, reduce brain fog and confusion, manage fluid build-up, improve energy levels, and correct deficiencies.

Yes. Liver conditions are complex and require personalised dietetic guidance to manage symptoms, prevent malnutrition, and support recovery. Generic advice is often not enough

Your first session includes a comprehensive assessment of your medical history, symptoms, dietary intake, and lifestyle factors. From this, we create a nutrition and dietetic diagnosis to identify key areas where support is needed.

Follow-ups focus on refining your nutrition plan, monitoring progress, and adjusting strategies as your needs change. This ensures the plan is realistic, sustainable, and effective.
